What Have You Been Up To Dr. Paul?
Real People. Real Breakthroughs. How Fear, Pain, and Self-Doubt Are No Longer the End of the Story
If I had to sum it up in a few words, I’d say this: Helping people break free.
Not from physical restraints, but from the invisible barriers that keep them stuck—fear, anxiety, self-doubt, and past wounds that refuse to let go.
Recently, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside incredible individuals as they reclaim their life-forwarding energy. Their stories speak louder than mine ever could.
Kimberlina Lutrick - Just got done with my first session with Dr Paul. He is truly an amazing human. So blessed and thankful I’ve crossed paths with him. Some words I’d use to describe Dr Paul: wise, gracious, gentle, understanding, non judgmental, loving and knowledgeable. My session tonight was more than helpful, to say the least. What started out with shallow breaths, a headache, and even chest pains turned into deep, healing breaths, some self-compassion (work in progress here) and my head pain was gone. Some questions were harder for me to answer. That’s okay. Something in me is curious to dig deeper as to why they were hard. It challenged me. I love that. I’m looking forward to more sessions with Dr Paul.
Debra Stine - I was at the end of my very long rope when someone recommend Paul Fitzgerald to me for counseling. At age 69, I had spent an entire lifetime struggling with my salvation, having experienced spiritual abuse in the rigid and fundamental denomination in which I was raised. I lived in fear of God rather than in love with God. There was no joy in my relationship with Jesus; in fact, religion was burdensome.
As I shared my life experiences with Paul during our introductory session I realized that he was able to understand and empathize with me. He gave me a simple two-word phrase that was so healing: “no wonder” - not as an excuse, but as an explanation. Seriously, no wonder! We’ve had several additional sessions now and I’m learning and growing each time we talk. I feel personal relief and spiritual freedom as never before. I’m so thankful to have his counsel.
Roo Winchester - I have been blessed to have had several sessions with Dr. Paul within the last couple years. This last round has been nothing short of transformational and miraculous. I received some challenging news and I knew I needed to seek Dr. Paul's guidance to help me navigate my emotions and find peace. He possesses a remarkable gift that enabled him to pinpoint the root cause of my emotional turmoil, empowering me to process the news, accept it, and move forward with renewed strength and resilience. He equipped me with the tools and skills necessary to overcome this hurdle, and I am thrilled to report that I have not looked back. When I underwent the previously recommended health procedure, the results were nothing short of astonishing - nothing needed to be done. The doctor was perplexed, admitting that he had never witnessed anything like it before. This experience has unequivocally proven the profound impact of the mind-body connection, and I am deeply grateful to Dr. Paul for helping me unlock its transformative power. If I could give Dr. Paul a billion stars, I would. He has been an instrumental catalyst on my journey towards healing, growth, and self-discovery. His remarkable gift and knowledge are truly invaluable. Thank you, Dr. Paul, for being a beacon of hope and inspiration on my journey. 🙏❤️🙏 — with Paul D Fitzgerald.
Sonja Walker - I have been studying off and on. More off than on for a regulatory exam at work. I have been stuck in some past trauma and fear of failure has held me back. Something inside me did not know how to let go and leave some previous work trauma behind me. I have been stuck and afraid to give myself permission to choose to engage with this exam. Our sessions are helping me move forward with a peace in studying and permission to take breaks. I am now studying at a reasonable and healthy pace and hope to test late March/early April. Thank you so much for our sessions and the work we are doing together to calm my anxiety, move past previous work trauma and give myself permission to succeed. You are helping me see that my fear of failure does not have to limit me.
What a Priviledge!
Guiding people back to themselves.
Helping them see that the roadblocks they face are not the end of the journey.
That their fear, their pain, their past—don’t have to be the things that hold them back.
Instead, they can become the very fuel that moves them forward.
If you’re feeling stuck, afraid, or unsure of how to move forward—you don’t have to walk that road alone.
Let’s talk.
Let’s find your breakthrough moment.
Because trust me—it’s closer than you think.
